Sometimes it is necessary to sell management or prospective teams on the concept of building High Performance Teams. I have found that overhead projector slides can be quite effective in this regard.

Here are some slides created in Powerpoint that you can down load and unzip:

Zipped files are files that have been compressed (to speed downloads). You will need to run PKUNZIP once you have downloaded the file. If you don't have PKUNZIP you will need to download a copy from Pkware.com and use that program to uncompress my zipped Powerpoint file.
